What is the return policy?
Returns and Refunds Policy: Customers may return unopened items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Opened items can only be returned within 7 days if the product is defective or not functioning properly. All returned items will be inspected, and if the issue is confirmed, the customer may receive a partial refund or replacement. A restocking fee applies to defective returns as well. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is proven faulty. Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification cannot be returned. Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging, or showing signs of wear or installation, are also non‑returnable. All returns require proof of purchase and must be approved before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Orders cannot be returned just because the customer "does not like" the item they already ordered and items can't be returned for non-quality purposes for example: Handlebar grips not fitting since you ordered grips that weren't designed for your ebike
